After years of careful research, I've found the antidote for perceived writer's block:
Give the ailing writer a classful of report cards to write.
All I wanna do is write, write, write. (Just not report cards.)

Our report cards are electronically generated. I can't imagine writing them. I'd rather work on my wips instead.

Priya, yes I am a teacher - teaching 3rd grade this year.
Medeia, our reports are online/e-generated as well but this year, the province required them to be more colloquial and parent-friendly. So, of course, I go all out trying to make them epic.
